A little pricey, parking can be tight, and the trash is too far away for most people. Overall, one of the best places. Very well constructed, beautiful apartments and grounds; also don't forget the deer! Fine fitness center and beautiful pool. The maintenance staff is friendly, quick and knowledgeable.

It's really nice. The apartments are beautiful and well equipped - great kitchen appliances, washer/dryer in unit. Good floor plan generally with big luxurious bathrooms. The surroundings are gorgeous, and you get to see deer all the time. It feels like it's tucked away but 183 and 1 are super close. The only two problems are parking - but there is always a spot not terribly far away and it's the kind of place where it's nice to take a walk and enjoy the nature. Also rent is high - but you don't get a place this nice without paying a little extra. I was lucky enough to have quiet neighbors, but I only have a sample size of a few people out of a whole complex so it is difficult to speak with authority. Further, the maintenance guys are the best! They are friendly, funny and get to know you by name. They respond quickly to requests and fix it correctly the first time. Can't say enough about the awesome guys of the maintenance team!

I have already told my friends to move in here. The property is naturally pretty, the management team is flawless, and they accommodate all dogs, including my German Shepard. If you are hesitant because it is not the newest property, upkeep of the apartments is near pristine. Age is a non-factor.

I like the pools and the hot tub , amenities, the awesome free meals, cares team puts on, and the staff are very friendly . The maintenance crew, has been here for the 2 1/2 -3 years Ive been here, and they are excellent as well, always very helpful and very professional. The only issue lately is the parking, because of my late night career, I'm finding it harder to find a space lately, and people are speeding through here in the back by the playground area....their are people with there kids and their fur babies(pets) and I would like to see some brighter/bolder signs to make sure people are aware that this is a lively atmosphere, with active people out and about, on bikes ect...Slow Down signs in bright color/ Also maybe put to use some of the land by my bldg #25 for a nice dog park, seems like a good area to put to use, just a thought, I don't have a dog, just animal friendly :) I do wish we could come up with a different system for trash, or at least the option to take my own trash out, that's the main bugaboo with me, single and on a extreme budget. Love the wildlife and the birds and squirrels and the scenery at the far pool, and the gas grill at the main one :)

I would say it's a nice place to live for yourself and your pets. They have great amenities and it's quiet. If you work in the NW they're great apartments. The leasing office is good with addressing your needs.

Overall it's a great place to live. Out of the hundreds of things normal folks like me could have potential issues with, I only have two. One is not being able to put your trash bag out at night, instead having to leave it in the can, which then makes it so you have a loose bag in your kitchen to deal with till it's picked up. And the other is the 35$ charge to pay your rent online. I'd love to be the guy that gets paid 35 bucks per submission every month to click an accept button. But like I said at the start, other than those minor things, this place is great where it counts.

It is loud with the doors and the walls are thin for being "condo" standards. Th staff is great and the maintenance guys are great, friendly and comfortable to have in your home. The people with pets are a bit frustrating as they do not pick up poo and also let them go right in front of buildings instead of off to the side. It makes for the grass area up front to always look muddy and gross to to the dogs on it all the time. The stair wells and stairs need cleaning big time they are very gross and un pleasant to walk up and down or bring guest in.

Even thought that gate has not worked since I have moved in, no issues with noisy neighbors and trash.Great staff and facilities.

Bryan, Thank you so much for your review. I know it's been a bit of a struggle in switching over to the new gate system, but as of today everything should be up and running. I tell all my friends how lucky I am to have found Champions Crossing. The amenities are awesome, the staff is caring and respectful, and my apartment is beautiful. I love the raquetball court, hot tub, and garden.

It's quite and peaceful. It is a nice environment for pets and there is usually always someone outside walking their dogs therefore you feel safe. I appreciate the staff and their helpfulness, but sometimes feel like decisions are made without properly communicating with tenants and there are some repairs that I would like to see made (the side gates that we use a key to get in and out of often don't work properly). The water is off a lot more than I have experienced in previous apartments and there is a huge crater in front of building 14 that needs to be filled in and has been open for months and months which is bad on our cars and hard to avoid due to is location and size. I also would have liked to have been consulted on the new gate system. It is very difficult to find someones name in the system because they are all out of order and there is no way (that I have been told) for them to just type in a number and it call you the person visiting has to find your name/apt number on a list. It would be helpful to have them be able to type in your apt number and it call you so that they do not have such a problem finding the disorganized apt numbers. I appreciate wanting to add safety but feel it is a huge hassle, creates a backup in the line, and was not done effectively.

Hi Lauren, Thanks so much for the rating! We always welcome any chance to improve. I'm sorry that you have been having an issue with the gate, but each resident receives their own personal code to give to their guests, which directly dials your phone, allowing you to open the gate for them. I will have yours e-mailed to you today. We are actually in process of replacing the amenity key (for the side gates/fitness center/Racquetball court) with combination key pads. This should make using the gates hassle free, and eliminate one more key to keep track of! Notices with the combination will be sent out a few days ahead of the switch. Bids are currently being gathered to repair any inconsistencies in the parking lot. If you ever need anything please do not hesitate to let us know! Thank you, Your Champions Crossing Staff
