Moved here from a nearby complex because they were raising my rent. My new place here is 100 sqft bigger for a little less money and I love it! The floor plan is very open and you have lots of flexibility with furniture placement. I honestly don't think anyone even lives around me because I never hear any sounds beyond an occasional laundry load. I've had two minor maintenance requests that were completed the same day and correctly. I'm currently trying to convince my friends to move in so we can have our own little community!

The kitchen counter space is quite large. Living areas are spacious. Management is very attentive and has excellent follow-through. Maintenance team is fast, efficient and friendly as well. I've been here almost 3 years and thoroughly enjoy living here.

Well, Actually I am about to move into The Seasons in Jauary, but when I went to tour the property it was very well kept and the staff was friendly. I love the floor plans they are very spacious and it looks very comfortable. I havent heard or read one bad thing about the apartments. So all I can say is that I am ready to move into my new home!!!

The appearance of the entire community and upkeep is good ,but only thing is that some of the teenage group on street makes noise, and smoke around the stair way .

The main issue is the other tenants. People (probably the kids that run around unsupervised) leave trash around my door, and in the parking lots. I think for the most part clean up is done in a reasonable time frame. I clean my area and I think others should too, rather than letting it stay there until maintenance gets to it. There does need to be another dumpster on the property. I think it is disgusting that we are expected to have to deal with the trash piling up excessively every weekend. Then once the dumpster is full, people think they can just drop their trash wherever they feel. Overall it's not horrible, but I doubt if I will be renewing my lease when it's up. For $800/month I think I can do a little better.

I WOULD TELL THEM ITS GREAT I HAVEN'T LIVED HERE LONG BUT SO FAR SO GOOD! I LOVE THE SERVICES SUCH AS THE AFTER SCHOOL CARE THAT'S AN OPTION AND EVERYONE HAS BEEN POLITE AND THEY GIVE PLENTY OF COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES FOR RESIDENCE

We just moved into Villa Del Mar, and so far we are loving it. We had a few things wrong with the apartment, but they were fixed within a day! The apartment staff have been helpful as well. If I had to say a negative, it is the parking. There is not a lot of uncovered parking close to our apartment, therefore sometimes I have to park down the road and around the corner and that is unpleasant in the cold mornings or with lots of groceries.

The more and more we live here, the more happy we are. This was our choice to live here after just getting married and we love it here! We will have no problem referring our friends here and plan on doing so.

Its a very quiet community. All the neighbors are friendly. The staff really cares about any issues that come up, which has only been a few. I fell in love with the kitchen and the bathroom. And the ceiling fans in the bedroom and living. Oh and the mirros are great too!
