Usually very quiet. Nice small community tucked back away from most of the noise on the highway. Best value I've been able to find in the area, though there are a few small amenities you give up to have a small complex. The pool area is pretty awesome. It has lots of shaded areas to survive between dips in the pool.

It is very quiet with spacious apartments. There are some families and some single people living here but everyone seems to respect each other's peace. No loud parties. The pool is very nice as well as the fitness center. I've only had a couple of maintenance problems but they were taken care of very quickly...my a.c went out and it was fixed the same day. I find the staff very professional and helpful. Very relaxing place to live.

i have actually already recommended many of my friends to live here but the rent is too high for them which also might be a concern for me when my lease goes out. I do enjoy living here and it's the best place i've been at so far but it is a bit pricy for college students student discount would be nice

I lived at Colorado Courts for 2 years. Rooms are good size. LOVE the way the apartments are arranged. Get your mail inside, share laundry with just a few others. When you have guests, they don't have to wait out in the weather for you to get to the door, they are inside...And the patios... There is NO OTHER apartment, that has an outdoor area to match Colorado Courts. Walk to post office, walk to mall. Can't beat the location... The office staff, Sam, is exceptional. They CARE !!!.

Colorado court is quiet. The neighbors are nice, the office personel are cordial and forthright!!! The property is lovely, there is no gang violence/tagging in the area. I work odd hours that have me coming and going at all times of the day and night and I always feel safe when I step out my door. Parking on the weekends is a haphazard business! Too many people want to live here I guess.... but really... can you blame them? 5 star review from me.... How about signing up and giving me a break on my rent? ROFL

beautiful apartments. The courtyard and the grounds are well manicured and and very well taken care of. The interior of the apartments are well maintained and have a very welcoming and user friendly floorplan. Management is professional, courteous and seem to go out of their way to help their tenants. All and all I am very satisfied with the apartment and all aspects of living here.

I lived at Oakmont of Bear Creek from July 1999 to September 2011. There was never a reason to move! First and most important, management. Joyce and her staff are supreme. Always a smile and always take time to say 'how's everything in your apartment' and overall in your life. I always felt at home in this complex. The maintenance staff are super friendly and efficient. More than once, the guys would jump start my dead car or install the metal tubing for my dryer. I don't know alot of complexes (if any!) that do that. Plus, Joyce had recommended BestFriends Petsitting service to me back in '99 as well and I used Shanna and her staff until the day I left. Second, the grounds. They were always lovely and kept in fine shape. As I would drive home and pull through the gates, I would always sigh with relief. I was home!j Third, my apartment. I had the large one bedroom and it was perfect. Perfect location, perfect size. My view was of the putt putt course so that was kinda nice. I now live in Austin and I am not digging it. I miss Dallas. I miss Euless. I plan to be back in August. And if they will have me, I'm going to return home to Oakmont. There IS no place like home.

I HAVE told people that Parkside on the Creek is the perfect place to call home. While working out one morning (in our fitness facility), a newer resident shared with me the fact that he almost made the decision to move to the Centreport area rather than here. I shared with him that I moved from there to here rather recently and that he made the right decision in choosing Parkside. This facility is newer, cleaner, better maintained, quieter and has much more nature around! A person feels compelled to be outside exploring, walking, "dog parking" and meeting neighbors. This community is refreshing in the fact that it is less sprawling than most. The office staff knows you by name rather than apartment number. It is also conveniently located close to several expressways. The ONLY thing frustrating about living here is the lack of available unassigned parking!
