Great location. Great design. Great amenities. However, the extra fees add up, and make living here a bit too much to handle. Add about $40-$50 to the rent price. Although I love the location and the proximity of my work to my residence, the residents that live here are a bit to be desired. Many of them drive Camaros, Hummers, Mustangs, etc. Need I say more? All-in-all, I love the concept of loft living in downtown, but the price and the people living here are a bit too much to take.

Very nice, right on the riverwalk. We like it because you can walk downtown and back so easily (about 1-2 miles away from the hot spots) It's been very quiet too, maybe because there are still many vacant units but it still has been pleasant. We've had several issues in our unit, like our closet collapsing and a leaking sink, but the maintenance has been fantastic...they usually come out to fix it the same day you call (at least in our experience) . The leasing office is very friendly about it too. We've only lived here about 2 weeks, but so far we really like it!

It's nice and quiet. The landscaping is beautiful. The staff are extremely professional. Maintenance fixes things within 24 hours of reporting them

I love it. It is close to everything. Small town vibe in a large city. Easy access to highways. Incarnate Word is close by.

That the apartments are a little bit pricey, but definitely worth it. The upgrades in the apartments make it seem more like a house than an apartment. Surprisingly quiet in the complex, even with dogs and children. The neighborhood isn't the most desirable, but there are a lot of conveniences close by. Close enough to downtown and Riverwalk, and Salado Creek trail is less than a mile away, so you can escape busy Austin Highway very quickly. Management and maintenance staff very responsive and friendly. I've unfortunately had a few maintenance issues while I've lived here (broken sliding glass door, A/C froze up, etc) but all was taken care of quickly and professionally.

That I enjoy my coffee every morning on my balcony listening to the birds in the tree next to my balcony. Its peaceful and no one has every given me a reason to move.

There's a lot of crime in the area, you can hear your neighbor's conversations (among other things) through the walls. There are hairline cracks througout the apartment. Lot's of stray dogs! Unsupervised kids! No security! Small swimming pool! Kids from the neigborhood come and use the pool! You can smell cow manure, when there is actually cattle across the field. Alot of residents doing maintenace to their vehicles, when it is not a mechanic shop! Alot of unauthorized occupants! Streets leading to apartment complex need to be repaired! On a postive note, our maintenace man Martin is very good! He is always out making sure the property is kept clean! A lot of the residence are very dirty, they send their children to throw out the trash, and it never makes it in. Probably because they're 5 years old! Not enough dumpsters, we need recycle receptacles. After school program is good for our residents! Assistant Manager Priscilla is always willing to assist when needed! Not enough notice given when it's time for an inspection! There's alot of residents that have aggressive breeds, and are over the weight requirment for living in an apartment! In conclusion Management needs to do a better job!
