To be completely honest, this place is a bit "ghetto" but its also "cheap" and superbly taken care of. I was in the Navy and my last ship was really old (the 60's) but it was so well taken care of it was still out doing its job. My point is this place is an amazing deal. I literally have only seen 4 bugs in this apartment and I've lived here for 7 months roughly its very clean and well maintained. There has been two people murdered literally on the road I live on within sight from my apartment in the time that I have lived here. That has to be mentioned but that being said I don't "fear for my life" but it does need mentioning if asked. It works out perfect for me, its very easy on my pocket and is less than ten minutes from the office. All around I am very very satisfied with my experience at Sands Point.

it is quit, the people are nice we watch out for each other,when we are home or away. The only set back that i dont like, is the laundery room, the machines are always taking your money. The dryers dont dry the clothes.

Pressure washing the breezeway may beautify the property as well. The walls have cobwebs and debris along the walls.

My experience is good, with the exception of my aunts car being broke into during the middle of the night. Everything was stripped from the car. The back seat was taken out, side paneling on the doors, seat belts, radio and too many other things to name. I feel as though there should be some security cameras throughout the community to ensure the safety of your tenants. The people who commit crimes should be captured on camera so they could be prosecuted accordingly. We also need a night time security guard. The security guard that we currentlty have is awesome. I constantly see him patroling and walking around the complex. He is doing a great job. My upstairs neighbors are pretty noisey. They have a small child which may be the cause for the loud bumping I hear throughout the day. I also hear every time they vacumm clean. They are very nice people and I dont think they realize the noise that comes down to the people below them.... overall experience is probably an 8.5 out of 10

Well we have a very bad roach infestation befor remolded they didt get rid of the old roaches! they nests are still here in walls and cracks,etc. The paint is very nice but cheap,ive seen more cat fights then living in the gutter, the security is there when un needed like days people knw not to do things, my professor found out that there are 50-75 registered sex ofenders behind the APt you can google it and SEE i Didt beleive it! The people are ok some but most are just like average people who officialy depend on HUD FOREVER (dont work or go to school or do anything to get out) Yeah wen i moved there it was nice but im like whoa now the door knobs are cheap and not safe for kids, no closet doors,your light bulbs are only sold at home depot 11$ wow and these are low income. ok appliences your ice machine may break takes awhile to get fixed it took em 3 weeks to replace a porch lite (minor) goodly remolded but with cheap stuff (the paint,doors,flooring,etc. But also if any one wants to keep stuff nice like they paid for ITS IMPOSSIBLE AND NOT EASY TO KEEP UP CHEAP FIXING I OPEN THE CLOSET DOOR THE KNOB COMES OFF THE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE! THATS LIKE GOING TO AUTOZONE BUYING THE CHEAPEST BREAKS FOR YOUR CAR 15$ AND THEY GO OUT YOU CANT GET MAD BECAUSE YOU BROUGHT AN OBJECT THAT EASILY WEAR AND TEAR AND DONT LAST LONG DUH! I KNOW CAUSE UNCLES A REALTOR AND HIS STUFF LAST LOOONG AINT THAT EXPENSIVE BUT NOT SO CHEAP. BUT THE ROACHES ARE THE WORSE HERE! EXTERMINATOR COMES JUST SPRAY NOT BEHIND FRIDGE, CABINETS,WALLS ETC. YOU KNW THE PROFESSIONAL WAY A WAIST OF MONEY JUSTA BE HAVING ONE! WELL THEY DONT GOTA LIVE HERE. ITS NOT LIKE THEY SAY IM HERE AND I SEE ONLY 50% OF THE ADD THAT MADE ME RUN HERE. EH ITS OK
