Since the commencement of our leasing contract on 7/16/2010, I have seen nothing but constant forward development of the Terraces at Southpark Meadows property by staff. Barring some inconsistent communication during the application process and preliminary correspondence to the main office, I am very impressed with the professionalism of this property's management, and have found the ambiance of the community to be equitable in respect to the monetary value which was contractually assigned to Unit 639. All maintenance technicians have been both prompt and courteous, and this property's management has demonstrated an aggressive pursuit of accountability as regards the obligations of apartment community real estate. Crescent is a great place to live. Great location and costumer service. Only issue is that Riverside traffic is very loud and the apartment is not the most sound proof of places - especially on the garage side of the building. Other than that I give it 10 stars. I would also like to mention how the apartment managers at the front desk always are so kind and help you even if your problem seems to be a trivial matter.

The kitchen layouts are fantastic! I love the rooftop and the amenities available such as the gym, pool and move room. I especially enjoy the resident events - it makes us feel appreciated and it is nice to get out and meet your neighbors. The location is great with easy access to everything.

I love being in the middle of things, the management keeps the place safe, clean, and fairly quiet. It sucks that they increased my rent when I told them I potentially (but not definitely) may have to move for work. :( All of my options were bad. Best option would have been to keep my rent the same until the end. It wouldn't have hurt anyone.
