I would tell them that they have spacious floor plans for a vey reasonable price. The maintance staff is prompt to serving any needs that may come up. The office staff is always helpfull, nice, and attentive. The community runs great events for kids.

I've been on this property for the last 10 years. It's been great living here because of the great location. It's near two major freeways, plenty of restaurants, about 10 mins to Dallas Love Field and about 15 to DFW Airport and I was able to have a job 1.4 miles for my apartment, but with my job, I'm still about 7 miles from home. Northwest Hwy provides a straight shot to Northpark Center and the Galleria is about 15 mins up the freeway on I-635 and downtown is about a quick 10 min drive. Great Staff!!!

The apartments is in the center of Dallas, with access to all the major highways. In addittion, the office and maintenance staff are friendly. I like living here and would recommend anyone to come and visit.

Very comforatable Living space, like being in a home. Very different floor plans then the typical apartments. Quality living and close to lots of fine dining, 15 mins to downtown, so its an idea place for me. I love it!

I HAVE told people that Parkside on the Creek is the perfect place to call home. While working out one morning (in our fitness facility), a newer resident shared with me the fact that he almost made the decision to move to the Centreport area rather than here. I shared with him that I moved from there to here rather recently and that he made the right decision in choosing Parkside. This facility is newer, cleaner, better maintained, quieter and has much more nature around! A person feels compelled to be outside exploring, walking, "dog parking" and meeting neighbors. This community is refreshing in the fact that it is less sprawling than most. The office staff knows you by name rather than apartment number. It is also conveniently located close to several expressways. The ONLY thing frustrating about living here is the lack of available unassigned parking!

All of the above....the property is well maintained. Feel secure with the gate. Everyone is very friendly. Peaceful and quiet. With the exception of the airplane traffic but I hardly notice that anymore.

Moved here from a nearby complex because they were raising my rent. My new place here is 100 sqft bigger for a little less money and I love it! The floor plan is very open and you have lots of flexibility with furniture placement. I honestly don't think anyone even lives around me because I never hear any sounds beyond an occasional laundry load. I've had two minor maintenance requests that were completed the same day and correctly. I'm currently trying to convince my friends to move in so we can have our own little community!

The kitchen counter space is quite large. Living areas are spacious. Management is very attentive and has excellent follow-through. Maintenance team is fast, efficient and friendly as well. I've been here almost 3 years and thoroughly enjoy living here.

The first time you walk into the office door to see about leasing an apartment, you are greeted by a friendly, professional and courteous staff. They are there for one thing and that is to make you feel welcome and to find the right place for you. So far I'm having a great experience at the apartments. The front office glass door change has improved the use of the common area. A water leak above my apartment leaked into my 2nd bedroom. The maintenance start drying out the carpet and removing the padding the next day, and even repaired some other issues I had with doors at the same time. Pancho is a great maintenance manager because he is a solid leader of his team, friendly to us tenants, and observant of maintaining high standards. He should be recognized accordingly. Suggestion: You are using Flash for the website. Change this to a Web 2.0 format so that mobile devices can access the website. Remember, iPhone's do not support Flash content (i.e. the menu on top). I say that I love the location, and the friendly service I've always received from staff members. I hear the pool gets pretty crowded during summer months. I'm hoping there is a 2nd pool going in phase 2. Also, wish the gym was a little bigger and that the Happy Hours were a little later and that there were some happy hours on other nights during the week periodically.

The complex is really well maintained - clean common areas, manicured landscaping, and overall, well taken care of! It feels like living in a nice hotel more than an apartment complex! The office staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They plan community events during the month as well. Our apartment is beautiful with great upgrades like granite countertops. We opted to have some accent walls painted before we moved in - and it definitely makes a difference. It's pretty well insulated - although you might hear upstairs neighbors occasionally. This is definitely a dog community. The dog park is hopping every evening, and it's a gathering area for sure. It's nice to be able to walk along the lake too - and doggy stations are placed frequently around it as well. The gym is well-kept and they even provide towels in there (which was a pleasant surprise). It's not a huge gym, but I've never had to wait for a machine I wanted, so I guess it's big enough. Parking never seems to be an issue, as the parking garage is huge! The only negative we found is that cell reception is HORRIBLE. We tried standing on the patio, being close to a window, etc. and NOTHING helped. This was with AT&T and Verizon. We eventually had to get a cell-booster to run over the internet to resolve the problem. Some of the reviews online are extremely negative - don't believe them! This is a terrific place to live!
