Great location. Great design. Great amenities. However, the extra fees add up, and make living here a bit too much to handle. Add about $40-$50 to the rent price. Although I love the location and the proximity of my work to my residence, the residents that live here are a bit to be desired. Many of them drive Camaros, Hummers, Mustangs, etc. Need I say more? All-in-all, I love the concept of loft living in downtown, but the price and the people living here are a bit too much to take.

Very nice, right on the riverwalk. We like it because you can walk downtown and back so easily (about 1-2 miles away from the hot spots) It's been very quiet too, maybe because there are still many vacant units but it still has been pleasant. We've had several issues in our unit, like our closet collapsing and a leaking sink, but the maintenance has been fantastic...they usually come out to fix it the same day you call (at least in our experience) . The leasing office is very friendly about it too. We've only lived here about 2 weeks, but so far we really like it!

ok. was excited at first, but the building wiring issue that has kept me from getting internet & tv service really sucks and has spoiled my excitement about living here. The slum houses situated around my corner of the property are an eyesore...What's up with that? There are some very large dogs in my building that bark really loud. Some of the fees are ridiculous! Some of the gates seem to be open all the time leaving me feel less secure. I do like living on the river and close to the pearl, and I work 3.5 miles away.

I will say is a place to live with a lots of benefits .....you feel like home and everybody is veryfriendly including staff......quick to fix and issues with your appatment or any concerns.

It's nice and quiet. The landscaping is beautiful. The staff are extremely professional. Maintenance fixes things within 24 hours of reporting them

I love it. It is close to everything. Small town vibe in a large city. Easy access to highways. Incarnate Word is close by.

The only complaint I have is parking. If you don't have a garage then you're kind of SOL you only get 1 reserved spot and then you're on your own after that. Spots are scattered all over the property so if all the ones close to your place are taken you would have to park pretty far.

The office staff is amazing and will do anything to help. There are community events, which are wonderful to help you get to know your neighbors. The friendliness towards pets here is uncomparable! The apartments themselves are beautiful, although they could use a little more of a sound barrier between apartments. When it comes to parking, if you get home early it shouldn't be a problem. But if you have a night out and come home at a late hour, you'll have to hike. Plus, visitor parking is all the way at the back, so hopefully your guest don't mind walking or paying $298 to get their car back if its towed.

A great centralized location with a friendly office and maintenance team, safe gated community, with well kept grounds and parking lots(with some garages and covered parking available), always kept neat and clean, tri-weekly trash valet service with an automated dumpster and new recycle area, They have a rocking "Cares Team" who are always coming up with new ways to care about me and my family. Great amenities like a nice outdoor pool area, indoor basketball court, modern work-out center(with an outdoor jogging/walking track), an office center, an indoor mini movie area,and laundry facilities for those without a washer/dryer in their units.Also a pet-friendly community with several pet waste disposal areas and even a fenced in doggie run area. Also a diverse group of very friendly neighbors always looking for one another.

It is a very nice place to live at. Neighbors are friendly and the staff is very helpful. This is a very dog friendly community which is great. You see all breeds of dogs, great danes, pitbulls, bulldogs its a nice mixture. Although I often find dog poop everywhere because some people don't pick up after their pets. The outside of the buildings do need a little maintenance, just on the panels that are loose or falling off the buildings. I haven't had any bad experiences since moving in to this community. I love it.

I moved in the summer of 2001, and am still here. I love animals, and dogs and they have plenty of them here, as well as my little old poodle. Course he was 10 years younger in 2001. We have plenty of dog/cat lovers here!! A big plus. I watched the place being built and fell in love with it, and noone has bigger closets than Mission Ranch, just let them try to tell you they do! We have a nice center area where we can grill, 2 grills and we can play out on that area, talk to our friends/neighbors, and walk our dogs too! We have a nice pool and a deck for tanning, and a seperate deck too. We just got a new doggie park with a water area inside it. We have our own vacume for our cars on property too, near the area in the back where we take our trash. Oh and they still do a trash pick up Monday, Wed., and Friday, where you put your trash at the end of the sidewalk in the morning. That morning. They still do it too, even though we've had some growing pains with it. That shows the dedication of the Mission Ranch staff here. They do all they can for this property, and I really appreciate them! Thats why I end up saying sorry if I get upset for something that I shouldn't have, cause they do work hard for us all here, and I know that.

The community is awesome. The grounds are clean. The staff is helpful and very welcoming. The residents are very nice, professional and quiet. The floor plans that I have lived in are beautiful the only thing I would perfer, personally, is darker colored appliances. Maintenance is always on time, have a good work ethic, do quality work and are always very nice. I've ran into the maintenance team in the halls and have been asked numerous times if everything was ok in my unit. If that doesn't show somw type of customer service, I don't know what does. The CARES team is awesome. I love that they take the time to give out breakfast and dinner at the gate. I love the brunches and little gatherings they hold by the pool for the community. This community is truely amazing.
