Eastbridge is in a great location nearby local restaurants and bars. It's not too noisy, because it's nestled further back from the main road. The management is slowly renovating each apartment with brand new appliances and granite countertops. Parking is not an issue. You do hear your upstairs neighbors walking on their floors, because there is not carpet to muffle footsteps between floors. I would recommend it if you're looking for an Uptown alternative.

I've been on this property for the last 10 years. It's been great living here because of the great location. It's near two major freeways, plenty of restaurants, about 10 mins to Dallas Love Field and about 15 to DFW Airport and I was able to have a job 1.4 miles for my apartment, but with my job, I'm still about 7 miles from home. Northwest Hwy provides a straight shot to Northpark Center and the Galleria is about 15 mins up the freeway on I-635 and downtown is about a quick 10 min drive. Great Staff!!!

The apartments is in the center of Dallas, with access to all the major highways. In addittion, the office and maintenance staff are friendly. I like living here and would recommend anyone to come and visit.

Very comforatable Living space, like being in a home. Very different floor plans then the typical apartments. Quality living and close to lots of fine dining, 15 mins to downtown, so its an idea place for me. I love it!

It has become a more calm and peaceful environment for me and my family, especially if you have children. It's safe and the maintenace and landlord faculty are more speedy to your requests and needs than before. Enjoy the fact a tenant can pay rent online.

Carpenter's Point is a oasis in the city. The property is beautifully decorated and landscaped. My apartment is perfect for me. I can be alone if I want to or I can find something to do in one of the many resident use rooms, such as the movie room or the library. The management has always been open and helpful. My neighbors will bend over backward to help me. I have made a lot of new friends here. I couldn't be more happy.

The manager is wishy washy and vague, seemingly unaware of DHA policies and it results in disastrous episodes, especially for those with disabilities. It is a lovely property but in part because it is a government property, the quality one would expect is not there in the tenants, so if you expect a jovial meeting of the minds and chess games, forget it. these are Friday night fish fry folks. something is always amiss, you will find yourself staying out of the line of fire and choosing seclusion.
