My experience is good, with the exception of my aunts car being broke into during the middle of the night. Everything was stripped from the car. The back seat was taken out, side paneling on the doors, seat belts, radio and too many other things to name. I feel as though there should be some security cameras throughout the community to ensure the safety of your tenants. The people who commit crimes should be captured on camera so they could be prosecuted accordingly. We also need a night time security guard. The security guard that we currentlty have is awesome. I constantly see him patroling and walking around the complex. He is doing a great job. My upstairs neighbors are pretty noisey. They have a small child which may be the cause for the loud bumping I hear throughout the day. I also hear every time they vacumm clean. They are very nice people and I dont think they realize the noise that comes down to the people below them.... overall experience is probably an 8.5 out of 10

For me it's quiet, and that's all I ask, I have never had a problem with safety and I have never seen a drug deal happen on this property, NEVER. There are plenty of DPS and Sheriffs living here, as well I hear we are getting cameras. Triple thumbs up from on that one. As for parking, well get home early. Handicap parking is mis-used, by many. They should prove that the placard, is for that vehicle and stop it, if parked in the hadicap without a placard, tow em, period. No need to warn an ADULT.

I would tell them its a modern living experience for young and mid aged adults. Don't think its a place for someone who has small active toddlers....parking garage too dangerous, and not much for the little ones to do.

I would tell someone the property has a very high end feel and that for the money you get more space then any other apartments I checked out in the area. The openness of the units is great and the granite and stainless in the kitchens is a very nice touch. Also the management team at any property is very important and coming from NY where the doormen and property teams are top of the line, the management team at Briar Forest are the absolute best! They are VERY attentive and a lot of fun.
