I have been a resident of farmgate apartments for almost 2 years now. I have been there through all of the changes from beginning until now. In the beginning there was a constant revolving door of employees that never knew what they were doing, they were not concerned about my needs as a resident, and they were very unorganized. Today I am more than pleased with the wonderful staff and management here at farmgate. Everytime I walk into the office they welcome me with a smile, and everyone in there knows me by name. I am not just another resident, I am an individual. I was searching for a new apartment in the same complex, and had multiple visits to the office in search of my exact apartment to fit my needs. No matter how big of a pain I was, the new staff here was always willing to help me out and they made an effort to make sure I was happy and taken care of! I have gotten to know each one of the individuals in the office, they are all great people and even better employees. They all work very hard to make sure the residents they have there remain happy, and do their very best to get new residents in there everyday. Megan, Cameron, Kade, Jacob, and Karin have been a pleasure to work with and I have no complaints whatsoever! As far as the grounds go, there are multiple parks for children to play at, a very nice pool and hot tub, an exercise room, and plenty of parking for guests when they come to visit. The grass is always mowed, the driveways are always plowed, and everything is kept in tip top shape 100% of the time. If you are not a current resident of Farmgate and are looking for a new place to call home, I highly recommend checking them out. The staff here will make sure they do everything possible to make you happy and move in with a smile! Allen D.

It is a great place to live quiet for the most apart my neighbors above me are very noisey. But the staff is awsome to work with. The pool is great for both my kids and grandkids very clean pool area. They keep the walks shovled and salted very well in the winter and always have someone picking up the garbage on the grounds. Thank you farm gate for the great experience.

Property management is great to work with, they are nice and send reminders. The apartments are very spacious and well maintained. Kitchen cupboards could use a little updating and the master bath could use some of the space from the hall bathroom instead. Noise level is the largest problem and it is probably a little more then average apartments. Side to side noise level is great but you can hear a lot from the people above you. Children run around un-attended daily but cause little to no real harm, just noise.

They are nice apartments. My only complaint would be that the toilets gets clogged a lot. I think that might just be apartment living though (with so much water going through these apartments). You can easily hear a conversation from inside when walking by someones apartment outside but I never hear my neighbors from inside (above or next to us) so that tells me that the walls are insulated well and are thick enough. I really like that because I am always afraid that my boys might be too loud. The playground is a great place for the kids. It is very open with lots of space. I, as a parent, really appreciates all that the staff does to make things fun for the kids (like the candy on Fridays and Easter egg hunt). I just really like living here.

Ive lived here for 2 years now. Im sad to be moving out. But the staff at monarch meadows has made it an amazing few years! grounds are clean and very well maintained.

My husband and I have loved every minute living at Windmill Cove. The leasing office staff is wonderful. If anything ever needs to be fixed the maintenance crew gets it done promptly. There are so many wonderful people that live here. It's a quiet family-oriented apartment community and will be hard to match this experience. We would stay if we weren't moving out of state. I highly recommend living here.
