Its close to everything we need, affordable, and still safe while having an awesome view of the mountains. Its in the heart of Layton and theres so many wonderful people that live here that offer to help you with anything and everything, just for the sake of being nice and actually helping a new neighbor out. LUV IT!

great, anytime i have a maintenance issue its resolved promptly and completely the grounds are very well cared for by their landscaping contractors who mow the grass blow and bag the clippings as well as the leaves during the fall and in the winter snow removal is prompt and punctual to provide a safe drive to and from the complex as well as buckets of salt placed in the entrance way of every apartment building. the only big issue is that because cherry creek is pet friendly there is a lot of dog waste left on the ground by careless owners, now the staff do their best in the mornings and throughout the day to remove the waste but with the quantity there is no one would get their maintenance issues resolved if they were always devoting their time to pet waste which should be handled by the owners of the dogs and not the staff.

I like their friendly representatives that are willing to make things work for you. They are open to pets and offer nice comfortable apartments that are affordable.

I love that when we were shown an apartment we felt at home. The staff is honest and cares about my needs. I haven't even moved in yet but I am so impressed by the feel of Fox Creek Apartments that Im sold on moving in. I know its funny to give a review before living somewhere but all I have heard are great things about this location and thats exactly what I expereinced doing a walk through of the apartments.

I love it. They keep the exterior very nice and clean and safe. It's got nice amenities like a pool, hot tub, and workout area. The maintenance guy Lawrence is the best maintenance person I have ever been around. He is always upbeat and is very quick to respond to any issue we have.

The reason I chose to live here is because these apartments are geared toward families. When I first took a tour I did not have a child, but seeing all the children playing together in the large upkept lawn area, and seeing neighbors visit each other here was very welcoming. It has a many trees, bbq's, a pool, and an outdoor playset. Indoors there are a basketball court, gym and pooltables. I have now lived here for a few years and most all of my neighbors are great. I haven't left because it has been the perfect enviroment to raise my son. The availability of little friends and good neighbors is priceless.

The landscaping and trees are absolutely beautiful. I appreciate the fact that we have security walking the grounds. The maintenance employees are hard working, and do their best to take care of us tenants.
