It's great so far. I called over 10 places and none were able to accomidate my large dog. This place allows large pets not to mention my place is a nice size for the price.

The apartments are fairly large, especially when compared to some of the other Mark Center properties. Specific to Willow Run, I've found that while the Rental Office and management are very sympathetic and seem eager to resolve issues, I find that the service issues have to be dealt with several times before they are truly resolved. We've had to schedule several repeat service calls for Bathroom issues, closet light issues, AC issues since moving in last year. I will reaffirm though that the Office staff are especially accommodating and polite, and I would especially like to commend Lady for always being professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with.
