I have lived here for seven years ( in two different apartment buildings) and have had a good experience. Karen and the maintenance guys are awesome- always helpful and available. The location of these apartments are amazing!!! The price of them are very reasonable. I hardly ever heard my neighbors but they were always friendly in passing. I had a fireplace in my apt and looooved it ( a must!!). The only thing I wish that could be changed would be upgraded cabinets and better insulation in the walls/glass.

They changed the parking regulatiosn with out fair notification........ towed my trailer..... I am very unhappy!

It is generally pretty quiet, although it always depends on who your neighbors are (no matter where you live). We have enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anyone moving into the area.

It's alright. Rent is reasonable, maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner, office staff is great, very friendly as helpful.

I appreciate very much the friendly, courteous staff in the rental office and maintenance. Maintenance staff have responded promptly to fix maintenance problems within the apartment.

Maintenance has been very responsive to requests. Fitness center lighting problem was corrected expeditiously. Front entrance gate has been pinned open, which now facilitates prompt, unhampered access to the complex. Overgrown ornamental grass, which had posed a major traffic hazard has been trimmed down. Contractors are repairing, cleaning and repainting exterior trim and siding, which had grown moldy, mildewy and rotten over at least the past two years. This place is looking sharp again!

I would highly recommend living at The Elms of Centreville; I've just moved in a month ago and the staff could not be better. They are very professional, very considerate and make me feel as though I am an important resident. They have the highest standards and want you to feel welcome and are immediately responsive to any questions, issues, or maintenance issues (large or small). I would HIGHLY recommend living at The Elms of Centreville. The location is fantastic and the complex feels very safe. There is an active neighborhood watch that adds to the security of the complex. The staff is outstanding! The floor plan is just want I hoped it would be; my apartment is comfortable and functional and I am already enjoying living here very much.
