I would tell them that the places are new, which is a great perk. I will tell them about the convenience of living right next to a fairly modern airport and also interstate 64. I would tell them about the convenience of living next to the largest Maritime Museum on the planet. I would tell them that if you have a friend that loves to shop, Jefferson Avenue should satisfy their every need.

Radius has the best construction, best applliances, best flooring and the very, very BEST management team!!! I LOVE RADIUS!!!! We also have a lot of get togethers and free giveaways!!!!

Though I haven't been here long, I've had nothing but positive experiences. A few of the maintenances issues have required us reminding the leasing office a few times, but understandably so. With many new tenants moving in and the promotions going on, I'm sure the leasing agents are very busy. I've loved the modern feel and can't wait to get to know some neighbors!

I would tell them that this is a great location to live at. Overall, the staff has been accommodating for my needs and understanding of my issues I have. The apartment I am living at has some issues regarding structural integrity and various small things that were not working upon move in, but I would tell anyone to check their apartment over and they will fix it in due time. I would also explain how close we are to everything needed in my life. Fifteen minutes from the beach, ten minutes from needed shopping, fifteen minutes from Whole Foods Market and there is more to discover every day. They are even working with me about the upstairs neighbors being loud, even though it is not their fault. It is due to structural problems and upon their move out, we as a team are going to attempt to fix the issue. They even fixed my antiquated washer and dryer, although it took a bit of reminder every few days. This really made my experience better. The energy efficiency will be a great savings. Overall, I have already told at least three people who are looking seriously for apartments to consider Pelican Watch.

I've lived here at Pelican Watch for about 3 years now and can't imagine a place I'd rather be. We have had wonderful neighbors throughout our stay and we absolutely love our apartment! Having a gym and pool is great! But one of the best things is having a washer and dryer in the apartment! No more laundromat with endless quarters! Another great thing about Pelican Watch is living so close to all of the shopping areas and having the college right next door. You'll love living here!

I've lived here for a year now and I have enjoyed everything so far. Patrick and Mark the maintenance men always come on time when things need to be fixed. Kim, the office manager, and Susan are very attentive her and her staff are always very nice and always have great customer service. The area is in a great location. Across from Tidewater Community College and close to Farm Fresh and Walmart. After down grading from a 3 bedroom house Pelican Watch is a perfect match. I was able to use all of my furniture and this area overall is great. I haven't used all the amenities yet but I look forward to using the tennis court and the pool this summer. I have got great comments from my friends about the size of the rooms and location. I've never had any problems with my neighbors. People here are very friendly here. Happy Holidays!!
