I would tell them that the places are new, which is a great perk. I will tell them about the convenience of living right next to a fairly modern airport and also interstate 64. I would tell them about the convenience of living next to the largest Maritime Museum on the planet. I would tell them that if you have a friend that loves to shop, Jefferson Avenue should satisfy their every need.

If I were to tell someone about where I live, I would talk about the manicured landscape and the spacious apartments. It's a very peaceful place to live. The neighbors are great and we're conveniently located to a variety of malls and stores.

It is like living in a community where you don't have to worry about being broken into, or having people drive around blasting their music as loud as they can! Plus the Security Guard at night makes everything feel richier and safer!

I would tell them it's all around a great place to live especially if new to the area like we were. The neighborhood is safe and is located by everything. My neighbor's are super nice and friendly as well as the staff. The square footage to price ratio is awesome compared to most apartments. I like paying an apartment price for a townhouse feel. Knowing there is a lot of military coming in and out [like myself] I would definitely recommend it to military families, especially 'wives' that might be nervous to be alone in an area completely foreign to them [like myself]. Definitely a great place to live.

It's a good complex that's in the best part of the Newport News area. The living accommodations are great however I wold be honest enough to say that it may not be a place for children if you're looking for playgrounds and parks within walking distance. The staff is A1 and looks out the residents best interest through thier prompt and outstanding service.

It's a nice, quiet community, perfectly situated near the hub of activity in Newport News. Shopping - whether it's grocery or clothing - are all located within 5 minutes away. The apartment itself (1BDR/1BA) is what we need, and its comfy year-long. The staff are friendly, the groundskeepers really take care of the place, and we've had very few complaints. We love it!
