WHEN I TELL YOU THEY HAVE GREAT SERVICE, IS BECAUSE THEY DO !!! PROPERTY IS WELL TAKEN CARE OF FOR AGE AND STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL. HOWEVER. WE SHOULD HAVE ASSIGNED PARKING SPACES (I WILL PAY EXTRA FOR THAT ) I'M SURE THIS IS A COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT AMONG TENANTS. ASK AROUND !!!

With just being here for a little over a week i am all around happy with everything and everyone involved with this complex, i recently learned that this complex is around 40 years old and you wouldn't even know it by looking that is because of how well everything is maintained.

It's a great place to raise a small family, not the best for pets (can only have 2 pets, up to 25 lbs each; even then, the children in this place try to break into your yard if you have a pet back there). Has backyards and a great pool.

In December when I was leaving one morning, I noticed that there was an office worker passing out a lot of notifications to residents who were behind on their rent. She and I spoke briefly and she indicated what the letters were for and that we were not included in the group. I was surprised at how many letters she had to deliver and was curious as to how many she had already placed on doors. We were late once on our payment, but promptly covered the late charges and rent. When I was considering renewing my lease, I contacted the office and requested if we'd receive the one months free rent special like we did when we moved in. I was notified that we would not, that our rent would remain the same. That immediately prompted me to begin thinking about moving out. Why, after being faithful to pay our rent, were we not given an incentive to stay? Why, when there were a multiplicity of late payers, we were not considered as tenants you should hold on to? I suggest that next time you entice the faithful tenants with extension incentives rather than charge them an extra $50 when they extend their lease for only a month. This is just smart business. If the special had been renewed, we would've stayed here. As of right now, we are planing on moving out by the end of the month. The place where we are moving is not only the same size, its cheaper.

Hello, I'm really sorry to hear you are not extending your lease because of the reasons you've listed. We do offer a $100 renewal credit to all tenants who decide to renew their lease. If you have a 2BR apartment, that brings your first year savings with us to over $1,000. We continue the $100 renewal credits every six months for the life of the lease. In good times, the credit might even be a little higher. I'm sure you understand that many people have hit a rough spot over the past year or two. Believe me, it would be a dream come true for every tenant to be able to pay on time. That's just not reality. They do get penalized, which is something you do not get as a tenant who pays on time. We wish you would change your outlook and consider staying, but do understand if it's the right time for you to try something new. Good luck!

The following is my honest opinion of College Square Townhouse Apartments: Parking - Each apartment should have at least one reserved parking space. The amount of rent we pay should equate to at least one reserved parking space per apartment. Noise - Can hear neighbors in the kitchen, bathroom, and when coming down the stairs. Grounds - Grounds are okay. Could use some improvement especially the backyards of each unit. Safety - Good with the exception of the "gate." The entire unit should either be replaced with a security guard or a heavy-duty iron post that is unbreakable. Construction - The units could use a major renovation to compensate for the amount of rent tenants pay. Including adding a storm door for added security. Maintenance - The service calls could be answered could be answered more expeditiously.

I love this complex! It's clean and the maintenance workers are extremely nice. I unfortunately have some noisy neighbors and can occasionally hear them, and parking can be strenuous depending on where your apartment it (some places have an over abundance, and some have not enough; unfortunately I am in the latter section). I can't stress enough how much I love this place! I couldn't have moved anywhere better!!!

We love living here at College Square. Never had any major problems, and we have nice neighbors who we can rarely here. The property is older, so it's expected that the walls aren't totally sound proof. The town homes are close to everything and it doesn't take long for my husband to get to his base.
