I have been here for almost 2 years and enjoyed every minute of it. Very well build, can't hear or see my neighbors. I wish I could stay longer, the only reason I will vacant is because of another Rent Increase. The Staff is awesome whenever I needed something.

I have recommended Arcadia to others, telling them about the friendly helpful office staff, the excellent and efficient maintenance crew, how well the grounds are maintained, and how nice it is to have the fitness center within just a short walk. Our townhome is quiet with a view of the wooded trail, and our location is convenient for any of our needs.

If someone were to ask me what it is like living at Arcadia Luxury Townhomes, I would tell them that it is the first place that actually feels like a warm cozy home. I love the newly refinished kitchen, dark hardwood floors, and the open floor-plan for such a limited sq footage. I love the skylight in my bathroom and immaculate closet space. I also love the special characteristics of the house, such as the loft space in both of the bedrooms. In fact, I finally get excited about having people over and showing off my beautiful home. Not only is my townhouse the best, the staff is utterly amazing and full of energy and always saying hello or asking how everything is going whenever they see me. I feel more than comfortable voicing my concerns or needs to the staff and fully confident that whatever needs addressing will be effectively solved. Also, my neighbors are friendly and warmly welcome new renters. Finally, Arcadia has recently made their location even more pet friendly by placing various trash stations to properly dispose of the clean up after ones dog to keep the overall area a clean environment for all renters. In conclusion, I have, am, and will continue to refer anyone who is looking to Arcadia Luxury Townhomes due to my fabulous living experience. Thank you Arcadia Team for all you do!!

Echelon apartments are affordable, clean, spacious and close to everything you want to do (shopping, grocery stores, schools, etc) Secure, clean and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to I-5 interstate. Very profession and friendly staff and maintenance team. Lots of amenities on the complex. Secure mail system for privacy. Well manicured grounds and facilities overall. Awesome place to live and affordable regardless of the apartment size you need.

I love it here! I love having the cafe down below! I love that the Y is right across the street and they waive the sign-up fee for living here! The staff is great! The building is always kept clean! The parking garage is such a wonderful thing! I am definatly going to be resigning my lease!!!

it's nice. don't see people that much. the parking is nice too. i think it's a little pricey but i do appreciate that all the doors lock and there is no entrance to the garage or building without a key.

Building is very modern and high class products were used when built. The staff is awesome and is always available when needed. The staff lives on-site which is a great plus. The apartments are very nice, spacious, and well laid out. Many of the apartments have a great view of the city and mountain. There is also a rooftop to enjoy this view if you do not have a "view" apartment. The building is kept very clean, garbage area always clean, elevator always working, and building has a controlled access. The parking is great, especially for a downtown apartment. I have lived in other apartments and have not been treated with such professional staff and understanding. I would recommend The Villaggio to anyone.

The community vibe at Villa Caffe on site at the apt building. It's a great place to gather with friends, meet your neighbors, and enjoy great food, coffee or cocktails, wine, and a sense of community. The owners, Jason and Robyn, are DELIGHTFUL! Robyn is so hospitable you'd think you were visiting her home, and Jason makes killer cocktails and always has several FANTASTIC wine selections to choose from....not your everyday supermarket variety. The food is wonderful and the atmosphere cozy. It is the best amenity!

I like living in Glen park, they offer a variety of floor plans to choose from. It's very spacious and well maintained. I like that they have a trash valet service, which is very convenient. And I really like the location, it's close to major freeways and highways.

Generally living at Glen Park is very nice. Everything is well taken care of. There are only three major problems: 1) the computers in the business center have not been working for several months (I think they just replaced them yesterday); 2) The pump that heats the pool and the jacuzzi needs to be replaced; 3) The gym is not controlled so anyone in the neighborhood can come in and steal or destroy the equipment.

Office staff is friendly and available whenever I needed them. Maintenance guys are awesome!!! Each time I put in a work order, my problem was fixed immediately... most times the same day. Parking is NOT a problem for us because we opted to pay a little extra to have a reserved covered stall. We do hear neighbors playing loud music, slamming the door, yelling, screaming, and swearing in the stair well. Once they move out, everything will be hunky dorey! The property is clean and free of trash. Plants and trees are well maintained. I feel safe because a security officer roams the property at night time. The appliances is dated and probably uses alot of energy. Other than that, I'm glad to call this place home.
