I really enjoy living at The Seasons. All my neighbors are friendly and it seems that they enjoy living there too. I really enjoy the landscaping, the bird feeders and potted plants the residents have. It is quiet and a great place for kids. I do wish there was a playground for my small children, but we make due by taking evening walks. I feel safe and appreciate the smaller community.

Folks in the front office, while most of them are super friendly, seems to have a high turnover rate. Not sure who actually works there, and the only person in the office that has been here since the company change over is the property manager. I will say that the current staff, whom ever they are is MUCH better than the old original team after the company change over. The property manager has a much better team now. However, when I inquired about transferring units, I felt rushed, and all my questions were not answered; instead I was handed two sheets of paper with information on it. There seems to be a lot of fees associated with moving, which I don't care for. Because of the excessive fees and the inability to answer all of my questions while in person, I'll probably not be renewing my lease. Too bad, I've been here for a few years now and love the place. Customer service and loyalty to current residents is important. The maintenance staff is awesome, the grounds are always clean, repairs are done promptly and they are very friendly. I'm torn on recommending a friend to live here. Based on some in the front office, fees for transfer, new dog rent fees ( were not in place when I moved in), steep rise in rent during my last lease; but will check yes. I do believe it is a great place to live overall.

My boyfriend and I moved in to these apartments in 2009 and it is very close for school and work. I enjoy that all the staff lives in the apartments as we do and I've only had to complain once about a minor issue, that was soon fixed. I would recommend this complex to friends/family of mine.

Clean apartment, reasonably nice but nothing too fancy, great staff, great location, parking garages are very convenient, fairly quiet. Very little to complain about, but if i had to nit-pick: gets way too hot inside during the summer, insulation is not great, lack of a roof overhang means open windows let rain in, laundry exhaust is on the same wall as windows so the smell wafts in.

I would say that the staff here is amazing. Maintenence guys John and Chris are very very friendly and helpful and will go out of there way to help you. They deserve a raise :] Leasing Manager Shea is very sweet and a nice person to talk to.

Great staff - they keep the grounds and building in good repair. They are prompt to respond to any issues. Some noise, mostly children playing outside. Lots of birdsong in the morning and frog noise in the evening. Waterstone could use safer pedestrian walkways, but I do understand the space constraints.

The apartments are very roomy,cozy and have character. Much more "homey" then the new metro types being built now. The management and maintenance teams are very nice and answer your requests and concerns promptly. The people living here all seem considerate of each other.

Highly recommended. Best maintenance. Clean and wonderful landscaping. Friendly staff. It's difficult to find a better place once you have stayed at the Heights.

I would reply by saying that the staff is friendly and understanding. I would add that the Maintenance crew is always fast on arrives the day of to fix any issues.
