My boyfriend and I moved in to these apartments in 2009 and it is very close for school and work. I enjoy that all the staff lives in the apartments as we do and I've only had to complain once about a minor issue, that was soon fixed. I would recommend this complex to friends/family of mine.

Clean apartment, reasonably nice but nothing too fancy, great staff, great location, parking garages are very convenient, fairly quiet. Very little to complain about, but if i had to nit-pick: gets way too hot inside during the summer, insulation is not great, lack of a roof overhang means open windows let rain in, laundry exhaust is on the same wall as windows so the smell wafts in.

If you are moving from a large house you will want a large apartment here. We moved from a 3 bedroom house into a 2 bedroom unit and its a little crowded as I am stil figuring out where to put things. Theres only 2 little drawers in the kitchen by the stove, so I am trying to figure out where to put the silverware. It is quiet here at night which I really appreciate as I dont sleep well. There are some kids here but they seem to be well behaved. We have only been here a week so it is a little soon to tell what kind of things may happen. The staff in the office is very friendly and attentive to their renters needs.

We love it here, the office staff is great and the rents are kind of affordable. The apartments are a little small for a family of four but manageable. I would also like paying rent on line, but not with a $30.00 convenience fee.

It is close to freeways. Nice place to live. Repairs requests are handled in timely way and respectfully.

yes it's good - I would let them know that your backyard can become a swamp in the raining season and that there are a lot of kids running around but you can't beat how great the staff is. we can only hear our neighbor above us - and it could be because their 2 year old is excelptionally loud at walking an running - can't hear talking or music or tvs at all.

We have lived there in one of the new buildings for almost (4) years. To date, it still was the most affordable option: provided the best parking and protected garage (without being charged), does not charge a monthly pet fee (I find that ridiculous for cats), has the elevators (only one or two other places in the area have that), and best of all, the 1 bedroom floor plan. By lengthening the living room, you get a nice sense of space. I love that I can wash dishes and prepare meals, and yet still be involved in what's happening because of the pass-through kitchen. After looking at at least 5 other places, not only was the living room, bedroom, and kitchen ideal for the amount of space you get - but the bathroom is bar none above everything else. If you opt not to have your own laundry machines, you have plenty of space for storage and/or cat litter boxes. It's like having a whole other closet/small room. (The pool is also nice, but I tend not to go in anymore unless it's hot summer weather. While the pool is heated actually a few degrees above other pools I've seen, it's still a tad cold for me.) In the end, it was the parking, the price and the bathroom that had us signing our 5th lease renewal. They have never raised the rent on us, and they were much lower in rent than anywhere else. They reportedly have the same issues every apt. complex does in Everett and Mukilteo, but why pay several hundred more to get less features?

We've lived here for three years now, when the new E building opened. We were moving from out of state and we needed to know our building was new and wouldn't have any issues with cold drafts or mold (common problems in the apartments around Everett that are 10+ years old.) It's been great for us, and we love our home. I did have my car broken into a year ago, but that's the unfortunate scenario of where we live, plus the economy. Since I've been parking it in the garage, it hasn't happened again. Our home is a small but very liveable space, great layout. The staff have always been great (like the time they reversed the $75 fee when my Internet payment didn't go through), and we've never had to look elsewhere for a better deal when our lease was up. It was never raised on us the whole time. I make use of the gym and the tanning bed, and the pool - the trick to the pool is taking a warm shower before you get in. That way you won't have to get used to the temperature of the water, and it's a perfect temperature for swimming laps or doing a water aerobic workout. YOU NEED TO FIX THE BIKE IN THE GYM. You and I know it's been since May that it's been out of order. If not, get rid of it, and give women some space and some light dumbbells again to do a mat workout! Also mounting a fan in there would be a great idea for the hot summers.

It's great! From viewing the apartment to signing the lease, the management has been professional and helpful. If I have any concerns, they are alway there ready to help. It's affordable, but not at all run-down or "you get what you pay for". You get much much more.
