Overall things are alright except the Parking practice multiple times a day with the narrow spots...Just hate it...especially I use my car often to come and go..spend lot of time parking and taking out my car

It is a classic. One of those 1920's charming brick buildings that have plenty of character. I enjoyed its quick access to downtown & the Capital Hill Neighborhood. On street parking was as easy as one would expect for an urban neighborhood located where it is. Getting a Zone Parking Pass is key. The building has undergone some recent hallway renovations and overall seems well-managed. Juliana Solojev, the building's property manager, was always helpful, kind, & available should one have questions.
