Everything is great. It offers a walking trail, tennis courts and a pool on the property, and everything you could want or need is within a short driving distance. Management is very professional, and maintenance is completed in a timely fashion. LindenBrooke is a fantastic place to live.

This is one of the nicest complexes I have ever lived at. The staff is friendly and competent, the area is aesthetically pleasing and the complex is very well maintained. The apartments themselves are very well sound resistant and pleasing to live in. This is, overall, a great place to live.

I just moved to Pittsburgh, and already the Cork Factory feels like home. The management team is great, and is excellent at problem solving and makes living in the building a great experience.

The apartment is comfortable and whenever there are any issues the staff at Carson Street Commons takes care of them right away. Having the hiking/biking trails nearby is wonderful. It's also a relatively safe place to live and very dog friendly. The only complaint is the limited parking availability.

tHE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. being that is moved from out of state, It was a blessing to find a place with so many conveniences. I moved site unseen and I am pleased. I'll be mmoving the end of the year close to the airpost. Do you have any properties out there that accept 100 lb dogs?

The location is excellent, easy access to everywhere in the city. The staff is helpful, however, the rental process was a bit deceiving... there were a couple things that we were not told (my biggest concern was not being told that parking was not guaranteed - was very upset about how this was handled, especially when I brought it to the attention of the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do). I was told that we were provided with a parking spot and can never seem to find one at night on the weekdays, so that I have to plan my schedule so that I am home early enough to find parking. Bugs and insects are another area of concern, as we find at least a couple a day during the summer months - we are a ground floor apartment. There is not enough storage space in the apartments. Other than the couple concerns I have mentioned above, I have really enjoyed the apartment and plan to stay another year at least. I have been renting apartments for several years, and have had the least amount of problems here than any other apartments I have rented. The staff is very helpful and the maintenance team is great - they have come every time we have put in a request and are very willing to help you.
